Took long time to fix problem not asked for I took car in for oil change and "bumping" sound on right side of car. They changed oil but took two extra days to do something to transmission -- wi I took car in for oil change and "bumping" sound on right side of car. Quick and easy! My engine light was popping on. Made a call to Don Davis service. Spoke to Shannon and then Joe. They got me a loaner car and had the issue fixed with My engine light was popping on.
