Quicker and accurate I went to a different dealer, and was told I would need to drop my truck off for at least an entire day, but they wouldn't provide a loaner; so I deci I went to a different dealer, and was told I would need to drop my truck off for at least an entire day, but they wouldn't provide a loaner; so I decided to go to Don Davis, which is closer to my home, and a cheaper Uber ride home. Once there, they said they could not only do the service I knew was needed, but also two systems upgrades that needed done...and have me my truck in about three hours. I was expecting to drop my truck off on a Saturday, and pick it back up the following week, after returning from a business trip...but instead, I was able to drop it off, grab some lunch, do a little work, and pick it up the same day. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation as per the service agreement I bought at the time of purchase. The Jeep Renegade requires the removal of the forward skid plate to replace the oil filter on this model. After getting the vehicle back, I heard a rattling noise while driving. I stopped and looked at the wheels and everything seemed to be fine. I got back in the care and still heard the noise. I popped the hood and found that the technician didn't wipe up the spilled oil on the plastic trim over the engine. After not seeing anything out of order, I looked under the car. I noticed several bolts that weren't tightened, and one of those bolts was so loose, that it fell off before I arrived back to the dealer. The skid plate had not been tightened down after the change. This could have caused severe damage to my vehicle and possible damage to other drivers if this had fallen off while driving. I was about to get on the high way and if this had of come off while driving, this could have caused an accident that could lead to a loss of life. When I got back to the dealership, I was expecting to speak with the service manager. He never came out to speak with me about this and apologize for the obvious neglect of the service tech, nor apologize for the huge inconvenience for me to return to the dealer and wait for them to tighten the skid plate. This experience was horrible and could have been prevented if there had been a quality assurance manager checking that work was complete and the car was in operating condition before it was released back to me. More

I have been a loyal customer and have brought my vehicle in for service since purchase. It would be nice to have been able for Don Davis to provide loaner services for loyal customers for major maintenance scheduled. There are also other services to be scheduled but I will need to consider other options for future repairs. More

They have gone above and beyond the call of duty time and again to keep my truck and my investment intact. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my 2500 Limited and I can tell you I'm not the easiest waltz on the block; but I am loyal and I treat them with the respect they have earned and deserve. You can place your vehicle and your confidence in their hands; I consider Shannon, Mary, Mike and Jo part of the family. More

It took a full 2-hours before I got my car back. Several customers who came in after me were gone and I was still waiting. I was the only customer left in the waiting room. After I went to check with my service advisor, I still needed to wait for another 20 minutes before I got my car. The inspection report indicated that my car was done within 45 minutes. But I was kept waiting for more than one additional hour. More
