Drop in for service I dropped by first thing Monday morning to get the oil changed and tires rotated on my wife's Jeep. I also needed the back gate looked at as it was getting hard to open. Dee was great and informative with time-frame and kept me up to date on what was going on. I got there about 730 am and they had me out by 915 am. There are at least two other Jeep dealerships closer to me, but I always use Don Davis CJD for my service work. More
Nothing was done Took my Jeep in to have oil changed, state inspection, popping noise in front, wind noise, and lastly oil in the air filter. No state inspection, no other repairs done. I was told the the oil in the air filter was normal, I took my Jeep to another shop, and installed of it being fixed under warranty, I will have to pay $300.00 out of my pocket. The popping was a lose control arm, your tech did not fix. Now that my Jeep is not under warranty (by 50 miles) I will be paying for all this out of my pocket, even though the Jeep was under warranty when it was there... The service advisor was nice and helpful. More

I literally had to call everyday sometimes two or three times to get a response which I am sure was frustrating and aggravating to the manager ( I could tell from his tone). I just would rather not go through this experience again. More

I went for warranty and recalls and ended up getting charged 150 for a diagnostic fee and they wanted to charge me 400 for something it took me 10 minutes and 10 bucks to fix More

Ricky Chandler does a wonderful job in the make ready dept. Shannon Buie will see you are well taken care of in the service dept. and can answer any question regarding your vehicle.
