07 Liberty Can’t seem to pin point the sound that our vehicle is making after the repair you have done on the lower control arms in the rear, it was a recall! Si Can’t seem to pin point the sound that our vehicle is making after the repair you have done on the lower control arms in the rear, it was a recall! Since then the squeak has gotten worse and after several visits the issue has still been unfound and as soon as I pull out of service area the sound is there again and the service department said they hear it but can’t seem to find the problem. Or they don’t hear it after the test drive. I know my Jeep is an 07 but it was making any sounds like this until the recall was done and also a loud sound coming from the front end after doing front end repairs. You have a great team there and I’m hoping that the issue can be fixed ASAP ! Hopefully this next time around you will be able to find the problem, your team there are the only ones that have done repairs on or Jeep since I bought it in 08 . Thank you More

North Collins Don Davis I dropped my vehicle off on a weekday at 8am. Was told it would take up to 2 hours so got dropped off at work. Never received a call back. I called in I dropped my vehicle off on a weekday at 8am. Was told it would take up to 2 hours so got dropped off at work. Never received a call back. I called in at almost 3pm and was told he had "just" got the keys back. What a poor way to follow up. Granted, my service advisor was not in this particular day and had to use his backup, meaning I was not a priority, which I am assuming is why I was not called in earlier. Especially when what was being done to my vehicle should have been done in only about an hour. More
