Dent repair At a recent oil change I spoke to service manager and service tech concerning a few paint scratches and sent in driver door. When I picked up car was told by Victor that these items could be dealt with by repair guy but he only came in Wednesdays. I brought my car Tuesday night for service on Wednesday and left it with Victor who was aware of need. It was my understanding by what was explained to me earlier that the person on Wednesday could fix scratches and dent on my car. But when Victor called me Wednesday afternoon scratches required paint and dent too deep. Car needs body shop repair. Why did they have me come all the way from Waxahachie if they could not take care of the problem.... waste of my time! More
