Just not the same service This is our first visit after purchase. We have the maintenance contract on our vehicle. Nobody explained what services would be performed just comp This is our first visit after purchase. We have the maintenance contract on our vehicle. Nobody explained what services would be performed just completed the oil change as requested per the appointment request. Disappointed because we have another vehicle from another dealership with same contract. We had a service rechnician explain contract and they instructed when we should schedule the next appt. Not only that they vaccuumed and washed the car during stay. That type of service was not done during this visit. So if i had to compare....sadly disappointed. The visit was so unmemorable we didnt even have names from anyone at the service dept. More

I had an issue with my Jeep wrangler, called and spoke with Joe Wren & Shannon Buie.... they were ready to go above and beyond to help me. as it turn I had an issue with my Jeep wrangler, called and spoke with Joe Wren & Shannon Buie.... they were ready to go above and beyond to help me. as it turned out , I didn't need any of the options they talked with me about and I was able to get it down to the service dept. for the repairs. they were able to take care of everythin within my budget and in less then 5 hours..... you can't ask for more then that. Received $2400 estimate on all recommendations, but main concern was not fully and completely explained. Been a customer a long time, but didn't feel like it. Did offer a 10% discount, on part of the work, which by that time, the frustration was too much. Will be looking for a new place to take care of all my vehicles. More

Don Davis has such great customer car Don Davis gave me a great experience trading out my previous vehicle. Each and everyone that had helped us out was so great. It was hard to let go of Don Davis gave me a great experience trading out my previous vehicle. Each and everyone that had helped us out was so great. It was hard to let go of my old vehicle, But as my car dealer Damien Haye explained to me that getting a newer vehicle would be the best thing, as he tried everything to see what he could do to make my experience better he finally convinced me at the end. All in all I'm happy i traded my vehicle in and purchased another with Don Davis the whole team was great to speak with and described all that was needed to get me to purchase my newer vehicle. More
