Customer Service I was told service would take an hour & a half. It took longer due to communication between the service rep & service staff. Maintenance Although I had an appointment I had to find an agent to help me after sitting in my car for a few minutes no one came up to check. I had an oil change, inspection and patch up for my tire which took about 1.5 hours to complete. I did have to go back to the service centre after I drove away to have them reset my oil life counter which was not done when I was there which is a little inconvenient. More
