Jo Wren rocks! I worked with Jo Wren, she went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I went in last Saturday since I o I worked with Jo Wren, she went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I went in last Saturday since I only have the weekends to take my vehicle in and was told rudely by a different service person that I had to leave my car and they would look at it to diagnose Tuesday afternoon and that I could pay out of pocket for a rental in the meantime. I went in Monday at 7, Jo got me a rental for the day, made it to work on time, and vehicle was ready by the afternoon and ready for pickup. Absolutely Outstanding! More

So much do, my interest rate decreased by almost 50% in under 2 years, which put me in a good place financially for my new ride. Alex ward worked his magic with as well!
