Poor customer service The employee who helped me informed me that the engine in my car sucked (his word)...not really what you want to hear from the service person for a ca The employee who helped me informed me that the engine in my car sucked (his word)...not really what you want to hear from the service person for a car you are still making payments on. It is fine if he has that opinion and he might even be correct, but it is poor customer service to make the statement. When he gave me my Action Plan, he indicated that it contained items that I should consider for my 15,000 mile mark, but failed to point out that I had a recall that was described as a fire risk: possible leak in the fuel line. I would think if a recall came up, especially one described as a fire risk and shown as something that requires immediate attention, he probably should have mentioned that. My overall experience here has been that the service folks can be somewhat pushy with extra repairs/service over what I have come in with. More
