Shannon the service manager saves the day! I brought my vehicle to the dealer for service (Oil change and Tire Rotation). My car has wheel locks on its wheels and I presented my wheel lock key I brought my vehicle to the dealer for service (Oil change and Tire Rotation). My car has wheel locks on its wheels and I presented my wheel lock key to the service adviser at the beginning of the service. I discovered later after I returned home that I had not been given my wheel lock key back. Unfortunately, service was closed and I had to wait until Monday to call back about the wheel lock key. I spoke with the service adviser on Monday morning as soon as they opened and he told me he would check with the technician that worked on my car and call me right back. After 10 minutes or so I decided that I would just drive down to the dealer and speak to them in person. My service adviser informed me that he was unable to find my wheel lock key and the technician that worked on my car did not work on Monday's. I asked to speak to Shannon and he dropped what he was doing and told me that if he couldn't find my wheel key that they would remove the existing ones and put new one on for me. He came back 5 minutes later with my wheel lock key and I was on my way. He turned what could have been a very bad situation into a positive one for me. More

Service advisor had a little attitude and wanted to argue with me. Then proceeded to note that required services were declined. Tire balance required?? Air filter required when it is clean and does not need replacement?? I spent 15 years as a Chrysler certified technician, ASE certified master technician, and was an elite Dalmer-Chrysler "super tech" as well as Chrysler master tech, all before I made a career change to the oilfield. I'm probably not the one to argue with concerning maintenance. More

Good Job! Good People! They fixed my Jeep! Excellent rating due to fixing another Jeep Dealers mess. My a/c froze up on a trip and my blower was weak. Don Davis fixed them both! Just needed tire patched My main issue was it took three hours nearly to patch a tire.
