Tire replaced under caregard I got a nail on the sidewall of the tire. I got the tire replaced under Caregard. Their caveat is I have to go to the purchasing dealer (dealer I boug I got a nail on the sidewall of the tire. I got the tire replaced under Caregard. Their caveat is I have to go to the purchasing dealer (dealer I bought car from). Had to go in twice because they didn't have the tire in stock, which is fair since it's a BMW and not an FCA car. Customer service was great and was out within an hour of me arriving the second time. On another instance, when I bought my car, I was given a free oil change. They again didn't have the right oil in stock (fair since it's not a brand they sell) but were really open with me watching over the oil change, and explained how to perform the oil change on my car. Turns out its very easy. More

I was lucky enough to be helped by Audrey Wilson on my first visit and have continued to make appointments with him for each subsequent visit. Audrey works hard to understand the issues, provide estimates and keep the customer informed every step of the way. I will continue to take my vehicle to him for factory recalls, routine service and any and all other issues I have in the future. More

Tony Fredrickson provided outstanding service People are quick to write bad reviews but this one is positive. I recently lost the driveshaft in my truck which damaged other parts. Under an extended warranty, Tony Fredrickson worked to make sure all damage was repair or the parts replaced. That included the driveshaft itself, mufflers, pipes, and a replaced tire. I pass several other dealerships to purchase my vehicles as well as have them serviced at Don Davis Dodge/Ram because employees like Tony Fredrickson, and Service Managers like Joe Johnson, have always treated me fair.
