Mr. Victor Ugarte, the service rep who handled the affairs for my vehicle, was informative about what services were available to me that were of necessity to take care of. I was either the third or fourth vehicle to be serviced, and my vehicle, which was taken in for an oil change and (I believe) tire rotation, was serviced in less than an hour, I believe. All went well. More

It was okay Not overly thrilled with this experience. Staff is exceptional and professional. Question that I got a quality PM service though. Its funny that I and the service rep knew the air and cab filters were new and clean, the recommendation and expense still came through on the report to change. Also, I felt there was some need to have brake service but they checked out fine. Need to improve on the 2.5 hr wait time for oil change service. I do like using the dealer, cost is fair and any recall notices are addressed as well as the detailed summary report provided. More

Not good This last time i went The guy helping me was so rude all i needed Was a oil change he said 1 1/2 which was fine i ended up watching to episodes on Net This last time i went The guy helping me was so rude all i needed Was a oil change he said 1 1/2 which was fine i ended up watching to episodes on Netflix when 3 45 min episodes went by i was Like my car should be done when i left The waiting center i noticed My car parked outside waiting and the guy that was helping me was with another costumer that came in after me so i went And told him i had Been waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours he replied with a smart remark i dont Believe it’s been that long. I told him to hurry up he didn’t go over my papers with me just gave me the keys long story short when i weNt to Austin the following day i had A tire blowout on the highway with my family in the car maybe this could have been avoided if the service guy did his job better or maybe it would have still happened idk More
