First impression. I checked out DD service on-line because the other dealership in Arlington leaves a lot to be desired. The first view pulling into the dealership says I checked out DD service on-line because the other dealership in Arlington leaves a lot to be desired. The first view pulling into the dealership says professional. I didn't have to search for the service department! I didn't have to search the building for an employee! An employee was at my vehicle before I put it in park. Moments later Jennifer Beck was there with a bright smile asking what she could do for me. She walked me to a well maintained waiting room. She kept me updated on the work being done and things I might want to consider later. Thanks to Jennifer I will be a DD customer going forward. FYI--two customers sitting with me were there because of the terrible service at the other CDJeep dealership in Arlington. More

Friendly, Professional and Competent Jennifer was wonderful- and so is Aubrey (did not have him this time) I did notice that the nice man who always greets me and puts that floor mat dow Jennifer was wonderful- and so is Aubrey (did not have him this time) I did notice that the nice man who always greets me and puts that floor mat down - he was not present and no floor mat was ever place .... but that’s not a complaint- just an observation What is noteworthy is Jennifer- being the first female that I have been willing to accept services from - she did not lean on my car or try to get me into her office to “talk” to me about maintenance cost before my car was even signed in for service.... she did the job as she was taught but with balance and the ability to quickly judge what is and is not working - I felt that she actually heard me - like the men do - she understood my thought process and did not keep saying the same thing ... I applaud you for hiring females and continuing to try until you got it right - my last two visits were exceptional- I don’t think I rated the visit before this one - if not too late it was equally excellent- (had Aubrey) and a nice young man took me home to get money because I did not bring my wallet - forgot I needed money for the state inspection- I told the manager how wonderful he was so I didn’t feel compelled to do the review - hopefully my comments here will matter - I was planning to buy (lease) my next Jeep from another dealer (Sewell) that is known for good customer service - but you are getting better - thank you More
