We did not purchase the van through Don Davis but when we relocated to Grand Prairie right after we made the purchase, Don Davis is the only one that has done service on our van. Not satisfied My experience with Don Davis Chrysler Jeep wasn't anything to rave or be satisfied about. I called two days in advance to schedule the appointment dro My experience with Don Davis Chrysler Jeep wasn't anything to rave or be satisfied about. I called two days in advance to schedule the appointment drop off time, and inquired about important things to know like loaners, and cost. The lady says loaners are first come first serve, and the cost of the diagnostic which was suitable so I came in during my appointment time of 7 am June 7th. I get there, explain to them the issue with my Jeep and I expected to drop it off, get a loaner and head to work. The rep then tells me there's a catch to the rental cars that you have to be within 36k miles or such, which was not said over the phone so huge inconvenience. Then it was a hassle to get them to understand why I was bringing my car, and it seemed like they never ran a full test on my car. As I told the rep, it sucks trying to get help with a car, and you call and do your due diligence to get the right information on how the shop operates, just to get there and the information is false. Or they half assess the problem. I'll never come back, and I know it's easy to blame the garage sale you all had on this bad service but that wasn't the case. Need more knowledgeable people in place. More
