Ridicious! Please do not sell warranties if the inventory is not going to be available to satisfy the need of the customer. Waiting several hours to have a tire replaced which once again is under warranty then stating that a loaner is not available simple because policy does not allow a dirty loaner to be distributed is adding insult to injury. I fully accepted that things happen BUT the reasoning for not having a loaner available... Good Grief. If I had the ability to plan my next road hazard I would. The last customer experience recently received was not a pleasant one. On a positive note the tire was eventually replaced, 5he cashier was as always friendly and the parts employee was extremely helpful. More

I got the oil change, however, I could not get the tire rotation. I switch dealerships because the dealership (Waxahachie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) l was taking my Jeep to lost the rim lock key. They say didn't, but they did! So I came to this dealership & they said they couldn't change it because they didn't have a wheel lock key to fit! I thought all dealerships had them. Then the salesperson tried to sell me one. I felt like they had one but was trying to make a sell. So no, I would not recommend or be back! More

I am on my 3 rd service advisor since buying car 2 years ago and at first there was a sense of complete attention to making sure everything was done to ensure satisfaction and complete care of car.... do not feel this is being attempted or met at all anymore.
