Oil Change Jennifer went ahead and checked me in so i wouldn’t have to wait to long. Then waited 2 hrs and my service advisor Mark never came and spoke with me Jennifer went ahead and checked me in so i wouldn’t have to wait to long. Then waited 2 hrs and my service advisor Mark never came and spoke with me regarding timing or when my car was done. I received an email notification saying my vehicle was ready. I usually come to this location to have my oil change on my car and have never had this happen before. Disappointed. More

Not only did service tech do a great job addressing my requirements, also gave sound advice regarding tailgate performance. Manny in turn did a great job communicating back to me and offering his experience with Wranglers with large aftermarket spares. This is one of many reasons I keep coming back to Don Davis. Handicap Compliance Don Davis, you can do better! The Ford service sent me to Dodge due to Ford not taking any more customers for Express Service. As a result, the Dodge Don Davis, you can do better! The Ford service sent me to Dodge due to Ford not taking any more customers for Express Service. As a result, the Dodge location had go to Ford to get the filter, which is understandable. The Dodge Customer Lounge is not handicap accessible! Was escorted through a garage entrance to an area in the parts department, which has one bench that is not comfortable for the almost 2 hour wait I experienced for an oil change. That timeframe does not equate to Express. And, the only restroom available did not have a handicap accessible height toilet. The service advisor was very friendly and polite, but was taken back by Ford sending me to Dodge. More

Misleading Info cost me $568 dollars I bought a car from Don Davis a few month ago and I had asked about the light that was on and they said "don't worry, the stop start is nothing to wor I bought a car from Don Davis a few month ago and I had asked about the light that was on and they said "don't worry, the stop start is nothing to worry about and it is just a luxury feature" In reality I just had to spend $568 dollars to get it fixed because my car would not start. So they knowingly sold me a car that had a problem with it and played it off that it was not a big deal. Nothing was covered by warranty so it all came out of pocket. Also when I told the supervisor that one of their guys told me it was okay that that light was on, his response was "oh, I'm sorry he told you that". Horrible response and service. More

She was very courteous, provided all information ri equested and then scheduled an appointment for me with Tony Fredrickson. Tony was prepared for the appointment and very professional. The invoice total was exactly what Jennifer quoted. Thank you and I will be back. This experience was totally opposite from my last Service at Moritz Dodge Jeep Ram Service Department where I had an appointment, had to track down a Service Advisor who was unprepared, and was charged $30 in add on fees over the advertised price. Instead of correcting the invoice the Service Manager offered $10 off the next service. I saved more than $10 by going to Don Davis! More
