Expensive, Slow & seems I ended up with a dent 139$ for the computer evaluation. 1100 to change an exhaust leaking line and fill it up with gas or whatever the new AC system requires. Didn't check the car before leaving the dealer and later realize it had a dent in the rear bumper cover. Contacted them to see if cameras were available to verify if in fact the damage was done there and still waiting for them to return a call. Asked to check if a fuse was broken since the fog light and daylight won't turn on and got an estimate to replace the bulb of the fog light (60$) which I know is not the problem because i took it off and verified and it works perfectly. Really hope not having to return. More

Joe Wren and Shannon Buie stepped in to help with a service issue I had with my 2017 cherokee . it had just run out of factory warranty but they were able to still get the repair and cost covered. Issue was not resolved I took the car in for 2 different noises. One coming from the back and one coming from the front. The Noise in the front of my car started happening I took the car in for 2 different noises. One coming from the back and one coming from the front. The Noise in the front of my car started happening after I took my car there to get the brake pads replaced. The brake pads were replaced and now I hear a noise and feel a popping in the brake pedal when I go to stop my car. I am not sure this was even looked at, I think most of the focus was from the popping noise in the back of my car which was not resolved, but they were confident this was not a safety issue. More
Horrible Went in for an oil change and ended up paying over $90. Asked if I could use a coupon they said yes. Called before picking up my car. Or any local oil change that won’t charge me an arm and a leg. More
