Not sure if it’s the dealership or the car I bought my 2016 Jeep Renegade two months ago from Don Davis and I have had some weird computer issues with it. Thankfully, I got the extended warrant I bought my 2016 Jeep Renegade two months ago from Don Davis and I have had some weird computer issues with it. Thankfully, I got the extended warranty because this seems like an issue that will just keep happening. We have had two instances(have only had the car 2mos) where the service light will come on and service dept says it is error codes. The second time it happened, the car wouldn’t drive while in drive at a stop light. I had to get it towed to the dealership for fear of breaking down with my 18 mos old in the car. After having my car two days, they say it’s just error codes. The service department was nice and courteous but this is appearing to not be a reliable car. More

Job well done I got the letter last month concerning the possible replacing of the fan motor in my vehicle. I went to the dealership to get the matter taken care of I got the letter last month concerning the possible replacing of the fan motor in my vehicle. I went to the dealership to get the matter taken care of. The letter said that it could take 1.5 hours and more for the whole process, but the workers finished in less than an hour, I believe. Anthony (Tony) Frederickson was very friendly and personable, not mention knowledgeable about the future services/coverages that he presented to me, H explained the coverages to me and my dad (who was with me at the time). Overall, it was great service at Don Davis Chrysler Jeep. More
Great Experience I needed my convertible top (hardtop) worked on because it would no longer latch tight in the up position which caused it to rattle and leak air. Mary Franco was the service adviser that took care of my situation. After telling me it would be a 2 day fix, the dealership gave me a ride home. After about an hour, I was emailed a summery of the issues, and was asked to approve the repair, which I did. I then set up a rental car to be picked up at 4:30 that afternoon. As I approached the rental counter, my phone rang and it was Ms. Franco, informing me that my car was READY!!! To clarify, I arrived at Don Davis at 11:00 am that same day! I would recommend Don Davis to everyone. More
