RECALL I scheduled a RECALL appointment Friday and I was assured the parts were there for a 7 a.m. appointment. I got up early and drove to the dealership only to be told you didn't have the parts to fix the RECALL. On top of that the agent said the dealership could only order parts for one recall. That makes no xxxx sense unless my car was the only 2015 requiring parts for a RECALL. I VALUE MY TIME AS I'M SURE YOUR COMPANY DOES TOO. WHAT HAPPEN IS UNSATISFACTORY !!! Tire Change I came into Don Davis early Tuesday afternoon. Had an issue with a nail in my tire from my drive up from Houston over the weekend. Due to having bough I came into Don Davis early Tuesday afternoon. Had an issue with a nail in my tire from my drive up from Houston over the weekend. Due to having bought the car recently, I qualified for tire assistance. They told me they would have to order around for my tire and they would give me a call back when they had it in. (Said it could take up to 24 hours). 2 hours after leaving they let me know they had the tire and I can go back the same day to get my tire fixed. That was amazing! Not having to stress about it another day, it was awesome. I went back around 6 and they were able to get my car in, while waiting we were asked if we were hungry. We were invited to an event, were fed, and when my car was done we were able to leave. The entire experience awesome! I believe Manuel helped us, and he was very helpful. Definitely recommend this services! Only downfall is my tire pressure light is still on, not sure if I should take it back? Other than that great! More
