The situation was taken care of in a minimal amout of time. The car would not start so I took the car to a non Chyrsler mechainc up the street from me. . He said it was the key. He said to buy a new battery. I did and it still would not start so I had it towed to Don Davis. They also said it was the key was an 'after market' key and not a Chrysler key and fob. Who knew?. I purchased a new key and fob and bingo, It is is working well and the car starts , always. hooray!. Thank you Don Davis mechanics. More

Valued This experience was better than last time I visited. My previous visit I had made an appointment to have a car ding fixed and I was having issues with This experience was better than last time I visited. My previous visit I had made an appointment to have a car ding fixed and I was having issues with my pasenger seat not locking. I came in at 7am and the service advisor was not friendly at all. I explained what I needed fix and she took notes.I didn't receive a call all day to until I called at 4pm to get any progress about my car. I received a call back at 5pm. I get to the dealership and the car ding is not fixed. I have to now make another appointment to get this fixed. As for this visit the service advisor had great customer service and was knowledgeable. Wait time was a little long but typical for a holiday weekend. More
