Coolant flush with overheating after? Before sending my vehicle to get service I specifically told them to do a diagnostic check on what need it to be done along with a coolant flush. Why because my car overheated after a few days. My engine oil cooler messed up, pretty weird that it breaks down right after I do a coolant flush. The coolant they put on was completely gone and I lost about $150 and they didn't wanted to warranty that. I left without any repairs because they were charging almost $900 to fix the engine oil cooler. I got it fixed some were else for $450. Now I have another problem because they also fail to see if my thermostat was bad which it was. More

Wouldn't have been such a big deal if it wasn't our only car or if they offered me a loaner. Terrible service! More

Making the customer believe I received the same service when I go to jiffy lube I thought by going to a dealership the experience would be more assuring ( that the service provid I received the same service when I go to jiffy lube I thought by going to a dealership the experience would be more assuring ( that the service provider would actually do what they say needs to be done i.e. brake fluid, power steering, differential fluids change) Things that I pay for but will never know if it's really done.. he didn't mention it until I did if it needed the service or not.. the only difference between don Davis and jiffy lube was the price jiffy lube was cheaper.... Service on shifter and oil change. I called to get the oil change in our vehicle. But had been having some issues with the shifter. So told them what was going on with it and it needed an oil change. They had to order parts to fix the shifter which took about a week. I was ok with it. Adurey call to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I sent my husband to pick it up. An he looked over the paperwork. Where he realized they had not done the oil change like had asked to be done. They told him bring it back in the morning. I was not happy with the decision. So I had him take it back up there. Clayton and the service manager took care of it after I called them on the issue. We live busy lives so having to go back was not going to work when it should of already been done. More

His customer service and kindness goes above and beyond anything I could ask for as a customer. He connects with his customers and truly cares about them and their families. My mom and I both have worked with Randal and we won't work with anyone else. He is constantly checking on our satisfaction with our vehicles and offering help if needed. Very stand up guy! I will continue to refer my friends and family to him! While I was getting my Durango serviced, he came to check in on my family and we talked about everything under the sun! So enjoy having friends at such a wonderful dealership! I recently went in to get my Durango serviced. Cesar was beyond awesome. I was VERY overdue for my oil change. He walked me through the steps of how to check my oil levels on my dash and also under the hood. He explained the seriousness of the situation and how important it is to come in for maintenance before my vehicle reaches 10% oil. He was very patient with me, being that I have no clue about vehicles. We were in and out in no time! There was no hassle or stress, he made sure everything was taken care of before we left. I will be calling him in the future to make appointments to get my car serviced! I am very grateful to have such an awesome place to purchase and service my vehicle! More
