Quick, thorough, expensive Manuel helped us, he was awesome! Clearly knows his job and had great industry knowledge. Was able to call us next day and have my Jeep ready. New dealership Took my Ram truck to Don Davis for the first time> Brought my truck from another dealership new almost a year ago, was never happy there. Was greeted very well by a service advisor, truck was given a oil change and tire rotation. Next day noticed I had a oil leak on my driveway, took truck back to Don Davis. Spoke to my service advisor again, The took truck back to service area. Was kept informed and even taken out to be shown while the oil leak happened. It was a staff members fault that the oil drain plug was not fully tight, was given some brake fluid cleaner for my driveway and also the topped my truck up with fuel. At no stage did the service advisor or service manager try to lie about the problem, they fixed it and also made sure I was kept informed about the work done on my truck. Yes the problem should never have happened, been promised it wont happen again, At no stage was there anyone saying it was not there fault. Good customer service, other wise it would have been five stars. More

Corrupt and dishonest So to begin with, I understand that this review will not be published or repeated to allow the public honest information regarding the service departm So to begin with, I understand that this review will not be published or repeated to allow the public honest information regarding the service department, its employees, staff or management or the integrity of the service departments work or it inability to provide honest and dependable service with a reputable results. Where should I start...let’s see, let’s begin with DD service dept attempting to charge me over $500 for a radiator that THEY damaged, 2) selling me a $1800 heater core repair when it was just a servo that controls the water,3) took the truck back 9 months later for same “no heat” issue, they tried to sell me another heater core replacement, also returning my truck with end alignment work that has positive camber causing excessive wear to the outside of the tires, ruined a whole set of tires, their response, “you pull a trailer that’s the reason for the tire wear” are you kidding me? This is why trucks exist, you people are #(&!>?'s. So with their mentality, buy a truck but don't pull anything with it. This service department could not remove a fuel filler cap correctly...I will publish this warning to all social media, "AVOID this place like the plague!!!! I warned you!" My 5 year old could do better work! Oh, I almost forgot, recall for drag link (front suspension) bolts work loose, their fix? “We weld the nuts so they can’t move... or be removed, another moment of impeccable brilliance!!!! Don’t trust these people, all headed up by Service Manager Shannon Buie, excellent management job Shannon! Good job, idiots managing idiots! And one more thing, they had my truck 5 days, and not one phone call, even after multiple calls for status, end of 5th day, I showed up, not even touched the truck! I will keep posting this to all social media I can to help prevent people from getting ripped off. Have a Great Day! More
BS BS BS I had an appointment scheduled for a service that Don Davis didn't have the parts for and won't have them for another 2 1/2 months. I asked for my AC to be looked at and since its covered by warranty of course I get the answer of there is no problem which is BS (hence the title of my comment). Do not contact me!! More
Waited 3.5 hours for an oil change . My oil change took 3.5 hours long. The service drive was not even that busy .
