They fixed it but I had a problem with my engine...which I think they sold me a dud because this isn’t the first time I’ve had to bring it in but that’s another story. They fixed it...it was SUPER expensive...but when I picked it up they had emptied my glove box onto my passenger seat and left it there. They didn’t bother to wash my car or vacuum it, or even just put what they took out back where they found it. The service guy was nice enough but for such an expensive service they COULD have at least done something to show great customer service. More

Car inspection and routine maintenance. Service manager Terry Collins is (unfortunately was)the most honest individual I have met in the industry. Mr. Joe Johnson, his replacement, inspires Service manager Terry Collins is (unfortunately was)the most honest individual I have met in the industry. Mark Drexell who handles my needs was referred by Mr. Collins and I have complete faith in his honesty and in his recommendations. I purchased 3 jeeps from Don Davis but when Mr. Collins wasn't there or Peggy ?, I purchased the current one from Grapevine Jeep. I will purchase the next one from Don Davis if the service department continues to feel competent and trustworthy. More

Since I live in Dallas, and the service was going to take at least a half a day, so I was provided a loaner car so I did not have to waste a day just sitting in the service lounge.
