Dealer Service Department hours open until 7 PM, but service techs go home earlier. Only lubes techs after 5pm. Had to pay a delivery service $475 to pick up my purchases because I couldn't pull a trailor with no trailor lights. Turned out to be a "computer" problem and clearing a fault. Worked with Mary on Monday, very knowledgeable and professional. Will ask for her in the future. More

Audrey Wilson was assisting me and his approach to service is second to none. Apon completing the service to my vehicle Audrey introduced me to Damian Hayes ! I mention to them both that I really liked the 2019 and 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 trucks ! So Mr Hayes asked if I would like to test drive one ! I was reluctant because I was only her to get my vehicle serviced, I was not her to buy a brand new vehicle! Mr Hayes Insisted that I just take a ride in one of the new Dodge Ram 1500. So I did and I was extremely please with all the new features that Dodge has put in the 2019 rams! Mr hayes then proceeded to find the perfect truck for me . From the color to all the smallest details . Once he found my perfect truck he worked his magic and was able to get me with in my price range and I was able to drive away in a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500! I could not be more happy with my purchase as well as how the whole car buying procedure was !
