Truck started having an oil leak. Service center was quick to get my truck on a rack to see where issue may be. They determined it was timing chain cover. They ran several test to confirm the issue and replaced timing chain cover gasket in a more than timely manner. The Service Manager and Service Advisor took the time to listen to my issue and that makes a BIG difference. So many companies don’t take or make the time to listen to their customers. More
