Called on a Saturday with an issue about vehicle. Was told not to drive it in that day, but the Monday 8 am appointment was all they had available. I have been to other dealerships (one closer to my home) but because I was not satisfied with their customer service I was always re my first choice. I never had issues at the dealership as I often bring my car in for oil changes. This Saturday was a bit different. My wife and I were greeted by a tech who then called a supervisor (Ms. Franco). When she approached me and my wife her demeanor was unwelcoming. She questioned us as if we were asking her for a favor. She questioned us about our car when clearly is a brand new car under warranty. We asked about an estimated time for it to be ready and she said for us to look at the line. I am not a person to complain and I do not need her to be nice but there is no need to be rude or condescending. More

The service at my last visit was amazing! Joe went above and beyond to make sure I could drop my car off early and stayed late to make sure I was satisfied when I returned late that afternoon.
