Very pleasant experience with having my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The assistance from Nick the service advisor was phenomenal; definitely went above and beyond to make the experience as seamless at this dealership. Let's just say my check engine light is still on after 7 weeks of getting my car back. I get it back same day with the engine splash guard in my trunk on top of all of my personal belongings. And then I hav weeks of getting my car back. I get it back same day with the engine splash guard in my trunk on top of all of my personal belongings. And then I have my car 24 hours and the check engine light came back on. My price quote changed from $1700 to $2100 once the work was done. I promise had I known it would have went up to that much I would have never agreed on the work. My experience was the worst I had ever dealt with a dealership. True enough I was compensated a couple hours but as I look at the check I still haven't cashed it bc I feel it's STILL not worth all the hardships I went through and that im still having to figure out how to get the engine light off. I trusted the mechanics and the company as a whole and the ball was dropped in a aspects of this transaction. Im to the point where im would like to file a formal complaint with the BBB. Customer service was only fair bci was coming out of pocket a lot of money but to still be dealing with issues is unacceptable. They were trying to charge me almost $300 to fix my right connector peice for my head light. I go elsewhere and get it done same day $40 including the bulb and its been great ever since. I have the feeling of being robbed by your company and its not ok. More
Always good service and Gerry is an awesome mechanic! Very nice workers that seem genuinely concerned about your problem. The only recommendation is that they still need a ramp to the waiting room! I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, Mark Drexel approached to ask who I was there to see. I told him I had no name associated with the visit. He went back to his office to check and f Mark Drexel approached to ask who I was there to see. I told him I had no name associated with the visit. He went back to his office to check and found that it was himself. He immediately started trying to up-sell me for additional services. I told him I had already had the tires rotated and had replaced the cabin air filter. He suggested I should have an alignment performed, to which I answered my tire wear is even, I have no steering problems and my experience is that cars simply don’t need alignments nearly as often as they did in the past. I told him I came for an oil change and did not want anything else. I was there for approximately one hour and forty five minutes, which seems like a long wait for an oil change with an appointment. After I got home, I received a recap of my visit by email. It said “Customer declined required maintenance.” Was that meant to scare me into thinking I might void my warranty? It went on to list “Outstanding Services Recommendations,” not required maintenance. 1. Remove and replace air filter element: The owner’s manual maintenance schedule says 30,000 miles. I already did this myself, but Mark did not ask. 2. Preform 4-wheel alignment. Not listed in maintenance schedule. Presume good to do occasionally as needed, not now. 3. Perform throttle body service. Not listed in maintenance schedule. Presume good to do occasionally as needed. I was disappointed with my experience. I took my car to Don Davis because I presumed you were Jeep experts and the oil change would be done correctly. I have no reason to doubt that it wasn’t. I did not, however, appreciate the sales pressure and the follow-up innuendo that I was not maintaining my car properly. More
