Brought my truck in at 730am for service & to check codes. Checked on at 2pm & it wasn't even started. Was able to get oil change but all else has to wait for another visit. Was never told it wasn't codes. Checked on at 2pm & it wasn't even started. Was able to get oil change but all else has to wait for another visit. Was never told it wasn't going to be complete in a day. Then when I get there to pick it up I had to wait even longer for coupon code to be entered. Big waste of time and resource. More

Took my car in due to it trying to run hot. I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to get a loaner my car was there for 3 or 4 day. I’ve had work done here a few times and I’ve always been told none are available that I wasn’t able to get a loaner my car was there for 3 or 4 day. This time I asked how long will my car be here cause you guys don’t like to give loaners and Mr. Audrey informed me loaners are only given when it’s a warranty issue and I’ve always thought if it can’t be fixed the same day then that’s when you get one so it was hard for me to getting to work and getting my son to and from school. When I got the call the following Wednesday that my car was ready I noticed on my way home it was doing the same thing that I took it in for so I drove it for about 2 days to see if would correct itself but it didn’t so I call my service advisor Mr. Audrey Wilson and he told me to bring it back in and he was able to put me in a loaner car this time and it only took a few hours to find out what the issue was and had me back in my car. Mr. Audrey was great with keeping me informed on everything unlike the other advisors I’ve had in the pass and I also like the fact that he educated me about the loaner vehicles instead of just telling me there wasn’t any available More
If I could give Zero starts I would! I have a receipt for a partial refund of a key made due to inability to program, and this receipt states customer to keep key and receive partial refund, this dealers for a partial refund of a key made due to inability to program, and this receipt states customer to keep key and receive partial refund, this dealership has refused! When I explained to "Jai" the service representative, he said "You have to bring the key back". The receipt clearly states customer to keep key and partial receipt. I explained the terrible communication and loss of a valuable customer. Jai said "They don't care"! Do yourself a favor have your car serviced somewhere else that is reputable and values customers. Obviously, what others say are made up reviews. More
