Very pleased with the service I received. The service rep, Mary, was both cordial and professional. She was consistently helpful and responded timely. Even though I brought in my vehicle on Christmas E rep, Mary, was both cordial and professional. She was consistently helpful and responded timely. Even though I brought in my vehicle on Christmas Eve, the service department was open and made me feel welcome. My battery wasn't holding a charge, and it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. They offered to try and complete the work that day, but I told them there was no rush, especially since it was a holiday. The work was completed on Saturday, the 26th. This level of service is a welcome change. In the past we were turned away when the tires on my previous Jeep needed nitrogen because my vehicle wasn't purchased at Don Davis dealership. Needless to say, it was a long time before I took a chance on doing business with this dealership again. Glad I gave them another chance. More
Audrey Wilson is great to work with, but getting real work done on a diesel vehicle at a FCA dealership in the DFW area is a real chore. My vehicle was in the shop for over 3 weeks, but it took about te work done on a diesel vehicle at a FCA dealership in the DFW area is a real chore. My vehicle was in the shop for over 3 weeks, but it took about ten days before they actually looked at it and diagnosed the problem. Only then was it identified as covered under the Diesel settlement extended emissions warranty and was I offered a loaner vehicle. The issues were repaired, but they refused to cover what I believe to be a secondary problem with the water pump that was caused by the failed EGR cooler starving the water pump of coolant and causing it to leak. I’ve tried three dealerships in south dfw area and have settled here at Don Davis in Arlington, and I’ll only work with Audrey Wilson for my ecodiesel More
I'm writing my review to add my input from Case Number # 78036993. I came to this Jeep Dealership location on Monday, December 21, for the techs to look at my battery and fix the recall. I had a new batter 78036993. I came to this Jeep Dealership location on Monday, December 21, for the techs to look at my battery and fix the recall. I had a new battery installed the day prior and my car continued to stall. By reading over the recall document, most of the symptoms that were listed in the recall were present in my vehicle's performance. I told the dealership to look at the battery as well but I doubted that was the issue. When the car was ready for pick-up the associate mentioned four other services in the vehicle report. A cost was not mentioned for the battery nor the recall. It was stated that only the battery needed to be tighter and that they cleaned grease off the battery. (I doubt that there was any issue at all given the fact that I watched the mechanic install the battery and put the terminal protector on.) Since I didn't know about any other costs, I selected the Complete Fuel and Air Induction Service for $200. Upon reviewing the link the provided, I realized that they were charging me $139 for the "work" that was done on my vehicle. I called the dealership to inquire about the cost and why I was being charge. I received what I felt was a vague response and that the cost was for the diagnostic. I told the associate that the cost for the diagnostic seemed really high given that I had already told them what the issue was. I then cancelled my Complete Fuel and Air Induction Service because I didn't like the surprise charges. Personally, I feel that associates are instructed to pull more costs from customers since Covid has caused many drivers to work from home, have less need for car maintenance, etc. The dealership ended up charging me $100 for the "work" and mind you, the work was apparently "tightening the battery and cleaning off the grease" which I believe to be untrue. I believe that they inflated this issue and charged me instead of owning the fact that it was the recall causing the problems. The recall is what caused my car to keep stalling, please look it up in your system. Had they just taken care of this simple issue, they still would have walked away with a $200 sale that I was not originally planning on investing in. I just want to put this out there because I feel that too often, I receive this kind of treatment from other dealerships where they nickel and dime the customer. I hope that in the future they will be sure to tell the customer the cost up front and be mindful about what is reasonable. I really don't feel that I owed the dealership $100 for them to tighten the batter and clean off grease. Could have done that myself. I feel like they wanted to take advantage, otherwise they would not have approved the $40 off. $139 for a diagnostic? I have never been charged for a diagnostic at any other dealership. Never. Good luck to everyone at this location. If anyone would like to get in touch with me to discuss the matter further, please feel free to reach out as you have my contact information. More
And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel(A) of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terr keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel(A) of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid.(B) I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior(C) has been born to you; he is the Messiah,(D) the Lord.(E) 12 This will be a sign(F) to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” More
