I called Don Davis after seeing a pick up truck that met my needs. Randall Mims took my call, we agreed to a price immediately and even thought I was calling him from Houston, we took care of business and my needs. Randall was great, but the finance guy was just as good, never walked out of a finance department after finalizing the deal as quick. More

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Made an appt for oil change and tires. Sat for 1 1/2 hrs before being told it will take 3 more hours! Didn’t have that time to wait. Had an appt at 6:00 in Ft Worth Would tires. Sat for 1 1/2 hrs before being told it will take 3 more hours! Didn’t have that time to wait. Had an appt at 6:00 in Ft Worth Would not have waited/cancelled the appointment if we were told 1 1/2 hrs earlier that they were behind by 4 hrs. Was told this was due to walk-ins?! They take priority over appts I guess More
