Had to wait a very long tine. Upon completion of requested services - Oil Change plus Tire Rotation and 4 wheel alignment, the vehicle was not washed as is sone by other dealers. The service started fast but became slow at the end. The advisor handed me the ending incorrect paperwork which could have resulted in overpayment and my vehicle was not ready as stated the first time. The advisor handed me the ending incorrect paperwork which could have resulted in overpayment and my vehicle was not ready as stated the first time. Lucky I paid the correct price but the paper work and the system used to track payments and invoices along with effective communication can use significant improvements. The advisor seemed a bit disorganized and distracted that day which erodes credibility when trying to create an elated experience for customers or repeat customers. In addition the advisor stated my car was being vacuumed when it clearly was not when I asked about why my car was taking a long time. The advisor response when questioned was “my bad” several times which is minor the first time only but upon the 4th and 5th time it is inexcusable. Please retrain or move the advisor Andres Gonzalez to a different department where he can best use talents elsewhere. At least a discount or coupon could have been offered but it appears accountability may not be present to promote the efficacy of the service. More
