Maintenance was performed quickly, and truck was ready for pickup much earlier than I anticipated. I was a disappointed with the communication. When I scheduled my appointment on-line there was a pl for pickup much earlier than I anticipated. I was a disappointed with the communication. I noted that I would leave truck the day ahead of schedule and need a ride home, then I would need a ride back to pick up after service was complete. When I arrived, my assigned service tech was not aware of the comments I made. I was notified that my truck was ready, I called in to make arrangements to have someone pick me up. There was no information that I was needing a ride back to get my truck. Inface when I arrived at the service department, I found out the assigned service tech was not even working that day. and my service was not handed to someone that was working. I was just left to taken care of by whomever was available?? 1. Nobody read the comments when I scheduled my service. 2.
