Clear and concise explanation of recall repair procedures from Mr. Gunter. A very respectful and professional young man who strived to meet our needs in relation to having our factory recall repaired. 2 pa from Mr. Gunter. A very respectful and professional young man who strived to meet our needs in relation to having our factory recall repaired. 2 parts were necessary for repair of recall. Kyle coordinated our bringing the Van into the Service shop so only one trip was necessary to complete the 2 recall repairs. He initiated fone Cals with great communication and good listening skills. My sales person was perfect Heaven! But my overall experience has been horrible. From the finance issue that was finally fixed to the truck not even being a few weeks old breaking down But my overall experience has been horrible.
