I have been dealing with Clark since he was in F & I--AND found him to be bright, quick, product knowledgeable, family-minded and totally sincere in his desire to service his customers. I know that this is hard to believe---a sincere CAR SALES PERSON---but apparently he believes this leads to Dealership loyality. I've learned that a company can only afford to purchase "so much" advertising---to overcome a reputation of poor customer sales and service. In a market the size of DFW-and surrounding Cities, I could have gone to literally dozens of Dealerships. I have had a very positive relationship with Clark, Eddie in Sales, Michael in Finance and Peggy in the Service Department. They have earned my customer loyality. I recently had the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had, at Don Davis Jeep in Arlington. Jonathan, Ozzie and Michael: YOU ROCK!!! I felt at ease during this purchase and very confident in t have ever had, at Don Davis Jeep in Arlington. Jonathan, Ozzie and Michael: YOU ROCK!!! I felt at ease during this purchase and very confident in the deal that was made. Jonathan was very helpful in showing me features on the vehicle. Ozzie was very straight forward in the offer process. Michael made me feel as if he was truly looking to get me the best offer available, in terms of financing. I felt the deal was very fair and thanks to this I did not have to sit there for countless hours and "wheel and deal" my way to a fair deal (something I have always dreeded in past vehicle purchases). This vehicle purchasing experience was like no other I have had in the past and I have purchased many vehicles. It has made me look at the purchasing process in a different light. I will highly recommend Don Davis to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and especially to Jonathan, Ozzie and Michael at Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge. My husband is looking to purchase a Dodge within a year to two and he will be making his purchase at Don Davis. I will most definitely be back to Don Davis for my future vehicle purchases. I thought...this will at least allow me to look at the vehicle in person and possibly test drive it. Jonathan, Ozzie and Michael stayed way over their 9pm close time to assist us in finalizing the purchase. I drove off the lot in my new vehicle happy and as pleased as could be. I never expected that Jonathan, Ozzie and Michael would stay so late and/or be interested in making a deal at this hour of the night. Customer Service: I started the process of purchasing a new vehicle knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay or couldn't pay. The only thing that makes my overall experience good in new vehicle knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay or couldn't pay. The only thing that makes my overall experience good instead of great was when it came time to make a deal...I was disappointed when the Don Davis dealer didn't want to give me specific numbers to take home & discuss with my husband until they knew how "committed" I was for the actual purchase. They didn't want to make an "aggressive" attempt unless I was going to walk out that day in a new vehicle. The question should have been "how committed are you at wanting or needing to sale this vehicle?" I left Don Davis and went to another dealership (that will remain anonymous), they worked me an entire deal...numbers and all...I was able to return home and discuss my options with my husband. Unfortunately they could not get the exact vehicle I was looking for (package and all) at a monthly payment I was willing to pay. Even though the Customer service was a little better at the other dealership, I chose to purchase from Don Davis because they got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Everyone I encountered at Don Davis was exceptionally friendly, especially Eddie Elqutob & Melvin. I am a first time owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee and as long as my Jeep performs and maintains its qualtiy as advertised and expressed by other Jeep owners I will continue business with Don Davis Jeep. My overall experience was good and I would recommend this dealership to others. I had an extremely smooth purchase thanks to Eddie, who had everything well taken care of. The wait time was very minimal, which is greatly appreciated as time is valuable!!! Again thank you to everyone that made my purchase smooth and enjoyable!!! More
My husband had been looking for a Dodge Ram 2500 deisel for some months. He stopped by Don Davis on day and met Earl Manuel. After that meeting Earl searched for this truck very diligently. Earl was very friendly and never made us feel as if he did not have time for us. Earl was almost able to sell us the truck at the price we were looking for. My experience with Don Davis in Arlington, Tx was both good and bad. They helped us get into the car we wanted. But the service department is not a place I am not comfortable in leaving my car. They damage my car door while putting on new rims, and they scratched front bumper when they put on license plates. Even though they fixed the car, I feel they could have given us something for the inconvenience. i must applaud the sales & finance staff that were very, very friendly. More

I've been researching and searching for a car for a very long time. I found Don Davis while looking through the Sunday paper. The ad listed a jeep wrangler's price and stock number. After doing additional research and contacting addional dealerships to see if they would match Don Davis' price I contacted Don Davis' financing department to find out what my APR would be. The APR was excellent and the bank they use for financing has a great reputation. The financing department had the sales person contact me. Eddie was helpful from the very 1st phone call. After speaking with me he immediately made sure the vehicle hadn't been sold. I was still searching and weighing options. I called Eddie back several times with different questions, which he answered with confidence and apparant honesty. During one of the phone calls he told me that he already had the car pulled around. After arriving he met me outside as I was still exiting my vehicle and called me by name and introduced himself. He was with another client at a moment but put me with another very nice salesperson, whos name I unfortunately don't remember. After test driving I completed the paper work, they help me put the top down and I was on my way. It was a WONDERFUL experience especially in relation to my past experiences and experiences of others I've known that have bought new cars. More
We had been dealing with a dealership in S Arlington and thought the process would be a breeze because we had EP pricing and the # had already been assigned. He gave us several options and made the whole process pain free! My husband finally has the Jeep Rubicon that he has talk about non-stop for the last 2 years!! I was in the market for a jeep and had planned on going to at least 2 other dealerships before making a decision. I have always gone to at least 2 dealerships when purchasing previous new vehicles. I feel like I get a better deal when I price around because they always call me back and manage to come down a little more in price. Juan was the exception because he did not put pressure on my or make me feel he was taking advantage of me. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me plenty of space to think about the vehicle. I felt as though I was his only customer of the week and he gave me individual attention. I know that he has many customers because he has been one of their top salesman. I am also very impressed with the service department. I took the car in to install the U-Connect function and was treated with ultimate respect and individual attention. Jim Ramsey is wonderful and was very helpful and again just like Juan gave me special attention. I have not felt this type of customer service from any other dealership ever. I would reccommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More
