My recent (from the East Coast) new car market experience with Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep began when my old Jeep required transmission repairs and a new extended warranty. Since having lived in Arlington, Texas and having experienced the overt culture of "striving to delight customers", rather than to just "satisfy them", I have gone back to Texas to buy my last four cars, since 1997. However, my long distance "new car" buying experience with Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Mr. Eddie Elqutob has "delighted" me the most: Mr. Elqutob initiated my experience by finding the Jeep that is the best car I have owned in the almost five decades of my buying cars. After being convinced that the Jeep Cherokee (Overland) with all amenities was the truck for me, he quickly sent me pictures within minutes with all of the important views that propelled me directly into the showroom -- I was simply blown away! He quickly worked the deal that included senior citizen considerations and a reasonable life-time extended warranty that was satisfactory to me immediately on that day. The transport of the car; the instructions provided to me on delivery were superb and his personal follow-up by telephone and mail have been amazing! I am thoroughly convinced that he really cares about the "delight" of long distance buyers. With the one operational problem that I experienced, he called back immediately to walk me through the diagnostic procedures to get to the right solution. I only wish there were not so many miles between us for my maintenance services since Don Davis' maintenance offerings appear to be top of the line as compared to East Coast offerings: price, responsiveness and all other factors considered. Mr. Elqutob is an asset to Don Davis since I believe he has the fire in his belly for stellar customer service that represents the dealership so well; emphatically, he has been the most knowledgeable, professional and caring salesperson I have experienced and I cannot be more thrilled with my 2011 Overland Jeep and its performance. I came into Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealership looking for a used car that would give me better gas mileage and also be reliable on the road as well. I looked at some different cars in the used department and came to find out the interest rating on a used car is outrageous. That being said my salesman recommended a new car that was still in my price range and received great gas mileage.
