Quite simply, my recent purchasing experience confirmed what I already knew; that the folks at Don Davis are the most professional, knowledgeable and customer-oriented dealership I've ever dealt with. My 2011 Wrangler is the 3rd Jeep I've purchased through them...and loyalty is not lost at Don D. For this particular vehicle, they went out of their way to find my specific Jeep - which just happened to be in Missouri. They located it, drove it to Arlington, gave me a fair price and I was out the door with my new vehicle in 24hrs! Now that is above and beyond. Overall it was a pretty good day. We didn't end up with the color we wanted but are happy with what we got just the same. Juan was very freindly and answered all are questions in a timely fashion. You had a good selection of vehicles on your lot to choose from however, most of them had some type of hail damage. We had a red vehicle picked out and was just about to start the paper work when I discovered damage to the top and hood. It was then I asked Juan about the hail damage and he informed me that Dodge had given an allowance for this. Thats nice but I would have liked to have been told this in the begining. The teem pulled together and found me another vehicle with more options than the one I was trying to buy for the same price so it worked out. More
