He gave us several options and made the whole process pain free! My husband finally has the Jeep Rubicon that he has talk about non-stop for the last 2 years!! I was in the market for a jeep and had planned on going to at least 2 other dealerships before making a decision. I have always gone to at least 2 dealerships when purchasing previous new vehicles. I feel like I get a better deal when I price around because they always call me back and manage to come down a little more in price. Juan was the exception because he did not put pressure on my or make me feel he was taking advantage of me. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me plenty of space to think about the vehicle. I felt as though I was his only customer of the week and he gave me individual attention. I know that he has many customers because he has been one of their top salesman. I am also very impressed with the service department. I took the car in to install the U-Connect function and was treated with ultimate respect and individual attention. Jim Ramsey is wonderful and was very helpful and again just like Juan gave me special attention. I have not felt this type of customer service from any other dealership ever. I would reccommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More
I went to the dealership late evening after closing on Friday. I had a chance to walk the lot with my son and look at different cars. The closing manager that night happen to be Syed Jilaneya. As he was leaving, even thou the dealership was closed he stopped, introduced himself at the late hour and offer to answer any questions.This man had been at the lot all day and wanted to go home to be with family but he took time for me. So polite. Being so couteous it changed a looker into a potential buyer. He said he could meet me the next morning at 9AM. I live in Waxahachie. The next morning, I really didn't want to drive back to Arlington. I keep thinking how polite, and how much time Syed had given us, that I need to just get up and go meet him. I'm so glad I did. He was there bright and early on the lot looking for me to drive in. He never wore down, he kept a smile on his face the entire day. I looked at many cars, I drove many cars, I called and had my son drive back up and meet us and continued to look and drive more cars. In other words, I spent the day being just Syed Jilaney customer. About 3:30pm in the evening, I drove home with a wonderful car. If Syed hadn't stopped on Friday, I wouldn't of returned on Sat. He helped me thru the credit process and never gave up until I found what I wanted. So thank-you Syed Jilaney for the great job you do for Don Davis. I have bought many new cars and this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I was able to do a deal over the phone without having to deal with high pressure sales. I was able to secure several deals online with multiple dealers in the metroplex. Eddie was one of the first to respond to my request for a quote, answered questions quickly and did everything he could to dealers in the metroplex. I was very cautious of salesman speak and but found in the end that he did want to sell a car (that is his job afterall) he also wanted to be helpful, was not pushy and even called when there was bad news, but also had an option to go along with the bad news. In the end Don Davis was able to beat the financing I was pre-approved for through my bank, and got me the car I wanted for a great price. I would recommend Don Davis and Eddie to my friends and plan to take my daughter to see him when she is ready for her "new to her" car. More

I bought a new camry from Ozzie Molina and that was such an awesome experiance that i decided to bring my owned 2001 4X4 Tahoe in for repairs. We needed help choosing our newer car, well I should say truck he showed us a couple that we liked and couldn't decide so we knew there was a model at the DON DAVIS FORD dealership on Highway 360 that we liked and you will not believe it but HE drove there with my husband and brought it to the DON DAVIS DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP dealer on Collins St and wouldn't you know? that's the one we decided to buy!! A 2010 Ford F150 really nice and with very LOW miles!!! Syed is AWESOME he's not "pushy" he makes you feel like a friend and not a customer he cares about all your concerns and he makes sure you are ok while you are there. I traded up because it was getting hard to get in and out of the Caliber (old knees). I am loving my Journey! I have returned to new car sales twice since taking delivery of my JOurney. Once to get my auto tags and once to see Larry for a question or two. Every time I have been on the new car sales floor, I have been met with curtesy and did not have to wait for Larry to be located, whomever met me at the door started on my request while someone else located Larry.
