I went in to look at the pre-owned 2011 Jeep Grand Cheroke Laredo. I arrived at opening time, and saw a sales representative walking into the building. I stopped and asked him for directions to the Cheroke Laredo. I arrived at opening time, and saw a sales representative walking into the building. I stopped and asked him for directions to the used car building. He asked me what I was looking for and upon hearing that, suggested he could sell me one for close to the same price. I said thanks but I wanted to look and the used cars. Before I reached the used car building, Nic Zaha came back and said he could meet my price. It took a little of finagling, but in the end they did meet the used car price. I bought a brand new SUV and drove away with it happy with my decision and the price I paid. Nic is a stand-up-guy and he went the distance for me. All the gentlemen I dealt with yesterday were courteous and professional. Not once did anyone try to fool me with monthly payment rates or high-pressure sales. I asked for and got the bottom line cost of the car. I am fortunate because I was able to write a check to pay for the car, but this is the first time in my life when a car dealer didn't try to talk me into financing or into paying a higher price than what I was willing to pay. If was a refreshing experience. The car I traded in for my new, I bought back in October 1997. Then, I bought a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from this same dealership. That model year was the last to receive favorable reviews from Edmunds.com and others. That was until this redesigned 2011 model, which has very received favorable ratings from all the respected vehicle raters. I've only had it for one day, but have high hopes for years of reliable driving. Welcome back Jeep ??(???)?? More

I went to Don Davis to buy a used car. I was greeted by one of the friendliest group of professionals I have ever met. From the get go we were treated as though we were top rated customers. Since this was our first visit there I was impressed to say the least. Everyone was attentive to our needs. I saw true smiles on everyone's face and they genuinely looked happy to be at work. Now let me tell you about my car. They bent over backwards to give me the best deal they could. I had been looking for over a month and had priced the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. They beat that price!!! My car is awesome!!! I would suggest to everyone I know to go to any of the Don Davis dealerships in Arlington Texas first and save the runaround you get from other dealers.
