descriptive as possible, 25 words or more? Are you suffering from ADD? First off I have been looking at new cars and truck for about 2 months. My fiance was looking for a new car which we acquired suffering from ADD? First off I have been looking at new cars and truck for about 2 months. My fiance was looking for a new car which we acquired on Saturday the 10th. (Nissan Maxima). I have been looking a bit longer at trucks. I had it narrowed down from a few visits to other lots and running from Sales people. I came to the lot with three questions. I stumped Ashliee with my three questions but she immediately went to Kristen and she answered my questions. I was thankful to see someone be honest. So far in the last few dealership visits I knew more than the sales person and then they just ran their mouth like the Charlie Brown teacher. Two nights before at Chevy, I had the worst experience and I walked out of his office. Kristen was good but there is one common theme at every lot which I will address later. Erick was the best finance person I dealt with including the car we bought last weekend. He had straight answers and I did not feel like he was (excuse the term “a used car sales man”). I trusted the information he was providing. Another key factor was people were smiling and seemed to like their work, also the offices were clean and the main area was in good order. Each of the offices I had been in previously at other dealerships looked to be sharing desks and not in good order. Ok now the rub, come on sit down MR. MGNT you have to have your turn. Training! Good training is key!! Not on doing a 4X4 square, small talk, but knowing the competition, I mean really knowing them. “Every stinking difference.” Not one sales person in the last few months could drift far from their own lot. Kristen was GREAT with Dodge and had basic knowledge of most of the rest but maybe I should drop in sometime and show you what I mean. I can almost guarantee your number will go up. I would think it would be a matter of personal pride as it would make for more money in everyone’s pocket but the buyer. Oh and personal thoughts from a buyer standpoint: We love swag!!! You know… new fun T-shirt, coozies, or even a great coffee mug for the truck. More

We have purchased many automobiles in our time but this was the most EXCITING experience we have EVER had! Ozzie's "no pressure" sales techniques were actually the driving point for our purchase. He gave us the time and privacy we needed to discuss our options and make our decision without that rushed feeling you get at some dealerships. He introduced us to Melvin and we must say, Melvin sweetened the deal even more! Not only was he professional but very customer-oriented and also provided us that private time to think about everything. Ozzie stood right there with us throughout the entire process from the time we met him on the lot until we drove away in our brand new 2011 Ram! We have never owned a truck and Ozzie gave us all of the ins and outs of truck ownership. We met Mike in Finance and he ensured that we understood every aspect of our sales deal and answered every question we could possibly think of...EXCEPTIONAL! We left the lot that evening feeling very special and knew that our business was genuinely appreciated. We were made comfortable during our transaction and would do it again in a heartbeat! We must say that the team at Don Davis Dodge embraced us like family and we still feel that way. We have nothing but great things to say about our purchase and the knowledge displayed by Ozzie, Melvin, and Mike. Ozzie, YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! More
My 2002 Town & Country van needed a transmission leak and noise repaired. I knew the job wasn't going to be cheap, but wanted it done right. Tim Myers understood what I wanted done, and when other prob and noise repaired. I knew the job wasn't going to be cheap, but wanted it done right. Tim Myers understood what I wanted done, and when other problems that I didn't know about were found, he recommended the most cost effective ways to repair them. I never met the mechanic who did the actual work, but would like to shake his hand. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction, and I am delighted. I was always able to get answers to my questions, and Tim kept me aware of my repair status quite well. I expect that most customers who rack up more than $4,000 in repair costs would be unhappy. Well, I'm not, in fact I am delighted. Almost like new now! I use my van to tow a lightweight trailer and a vintage racing car. Towed weight is less than 3,000 pounds, and the towing package is rated for 3,500 pounds. Once I had a beefy hitch installed and wired up trailer brakes, it does everything I need to do, with plenty of room for carrying tires, tools, etc. inside the van. When I wear this one out, I'll be looking for another Town & Country, and I'll be coming to this dealership to buy it. More
I just bought a brand new truck from Don Davis. It was a wonderful experience. Melvin Smith the Sales Manager actually sold me my car I traded in a few years ago. I am so glad I found him again and he is no wonderful experience. Melvin Smith the Sales Manager actually sold me my car I traded in a few years ago. Kristen provided a very thorough and detailed new car delivery explanation. Michael, in the finance department, was very patient in walking through the various options regarding extended service, financing, etc. Overall, it was an easy process, and Kristen and Michael did an excellent job in walking me through it. I would definitely recommend Don Davis to family and friends. More
