Kirk Potter worked with me several times as I tried to figure out what I wanted. Nothing pushy -- just helpful suggestions! He explained things as we went along -- nothing secretive or underhanded... When the time came to finalize the sale, he handed me over to Vince Razuri, the Business Manager, who also explained things as we went along. The negotiating, the trade-in, the financing -- all very easy and transparent! In the end, I left with a new(er) vehicle that I am extremely pleased with -- and made some new friends along the way! Found the vehicle I wanted on the internet and put in an offer. I was called same day with a counter-offer and an invitation to visit the dealer for a test-drive, etc. My schedule was tight, but went to t offer. After that, we started talking numbers. Syed was VERY helpful and worked quickly without being pushy. He was happy to stay late and make sure we got everything finished up. Mike (finance guy) was also very helpful and informative. He worked with the banks to ensure we got the best deal possible (even with our sub-par credit) and was able to give us advice on how to proceed with the loan. We got out of the dealership at about 10:45ish and left with the vehicle. I am very happy at the service provided and WILL definitely shop with Don Davis Dodge again. More
