This was the easiest new car buying experience I have ever had. Eddie was terrific and moved me through the process seamlessly. I wasn't planning on buying a car that day just looking. When I arrived at the dealship, I had already spent considerable time on the Ram web site and knew what I wanted. Further research revealed that they had a vehicle very close to what I was looking for. considerable time on the Ram web site and knew what I wanted. Further research revealed that they had a vehicle very close to what I was looking for. Also I had already contacted a service thru my Credit Union and had a good idea what to expect in price. Jordan approached us as we were looking at the verious trucks, took us into his office and asked me to list the features and options that I wanted. As I rated the options as "required" or "like to have". A vehicle was found in their inventory that met my criteria. I asked Eddie if he could match the price that I had been quoated. Jordan took us for a test drive and when we returned Eddie had crunched the numbers and was able to match the price. I added one accessory and we agreed on the total price. At this point I was introduced to Michael and we negotiated an excellant loan and extended warrent package. This is kind of a long winded answer to your rating question, however I wanted to get all the people that were involved in what turned out to be a great experiance. I was not pressured to take a vehicle that I would not be happy with, I was treated with the same respect that I gave each and everyone of them. Overall I am extreme pleased with my new truck and with the process to purchase it. Anyone who is looking for a new Dodge should try here first, it will save them time and money. I also want to mention that I was thanked by each and ever person for giving them a shot at my buisness and purching it thru them. In my opinion Jordan, Eddie and Michael went out of their way to make me happy, and they succeeded. More
