I explained to him what vehicle types I had a interest in and color types and without hesitation he found exactly what I was looking for. This great young man made the car buying experience as easy as starting up your car and driving off. I had never been to the Collins St location, but thankful I did. I meet Tek Doko and he really worked hard for me to get my husband a truck. We purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500! I went to look at used but it turned out so much better because we got new, oh my, love the smell of brand new! Thank you Tek! You and the finance manager worked together and made it happen! This was brought to light at the very end of our shopping process. All of my responses were made in our experience prior to the closing negotiations. This is our second purchase in 2 months from Don Davis Auto and specifically from David Lopez. We have purchased 4 total from them. Long story short, we couldnt make the used deal work, but ended up being offered a new Journey, and were able to keep the monthly payment down to our current payment on the Malibu. We test drove the car and enjoyed stories Tek told us about living in Jersey. He is really a likable person. The rest it history, my son drove off in his new car and I think I got a very good deal. Our experiences with the service department not so much. My wife has not had an issue resolved regarding a cut wire controlling the passenger aIr-bag. The department manager has been rude and keeps explaining himself backwards out of the dealership's liability. I told the finance department, and reminded Syed about this when I was buying the car.
