My experience with Don Davis Ram After given some thoughts for a few days I'm trying was trying to give Don Davis Dodge decent review, but I could not. I purchased a new Dodge ram 15 After given some thoughts for a few days I'm trying was trying to give Don Davis Dodge decent review, but I could not. I purchased a new Dodge ram 1500 on 6-2014. This was the Don Davis garage sale weekend. When I finish with my paper work on the truck it was about 7:30 Pm. I do understand that it was late for the truck to go thru proper vehicle delivery process. Randall was a decent salesman and knowledgeable on the ram truck product line, but where Don Davis Auto Group failed on the lack of planning on new sales delivering of a new vehicle sale to the customer after the schedule workday. I do understand that Don Davis doesn't need to keep somebody there to wash and clean a vehicle for proper delivery. Where I'm, upset at what I took possession of the vehicle Randall never did offer about me bring the vehicle back for proper cleaning. When I took delivery of the truck Randall did try to clean the outside of the truck but the inside was dirty. On 6-23-14 Randall did call me to see how I enjoyed the truck and I forgot to ask him about trying to get the truck clean on the inside of the truck. I really haven't heard from a representative from Don Davis auto group until I filled out a questionnaire from the Dodge research on July 1st. On July 3 I received a voicemail and a email from Randall to try to make the problem right. The problem I am even more ticked off at Don Davis auto group is they knew the truck was not delivered to the customer the proper way and really did not want to make it right until the survey was submitted back to RAM research. At this time it was too late for Don Davis to make this right. if you want to buy a vehicle from Don Davis make sure that the servers department is there for proper vehicle delivery. I did spend my own money to clean the truck. At this time I could not recommend purchasing any vehicles from any of the Don Davis auto group dealership. This was my second vehicle purchasing from them and it was a totally different purchase from the first time. Update 7-7-2014 9:00pm On Saturday July 5, 2014 I miss a phone call from Eddie Elqutob, Eddie did leave me a voice mail, to talk about my truck purchase. I have not return his phone call because at this time I am even more pissed off at Don Davis Dodge over how the truck I bought from them was delivered to me dirty without any offers of detailing the truck after the garage sale was over, until I filled out a bad review from the Ram research.. Update 7-9-2014 8:38 Am I have been trying to contact Eddie Elqutob at Don Davis Dodge on Tuesday and Wesenday. Every time I call the Don Davis Auto group main phone number and Eddie direct phone number, i am getting a message the the phone number is unvabliable at this time, please try getting latter. Which is makeing me even more pissed off at Don Davis Dodge. Update 7-12-2014 3:00 PM Don Davis finally made me a little happy today. After I went into the Dodge dealership in CHEWED OUT Eddie over how mad I was over this situation on this truck. I was even more pissed off over how the truck was delivered to me. Eddie tried to make me a happy customer, Eddie couldn't make me happy. My demands where to make me happy was to transfer my maintenance contract to another Dodge dealership but he didn't want too, but he did agree to refund me the maintenance contract price back to me. My second demand was because I had to paid out-of-pocket expense for my first car wash on the truck that I wanted to be reimbursed $35, he did not want to do that either own thing he would do was to wash the truck at Don Davis dealership. With me being this pissed off I do not want Don Davis even touch this vehicle again. I did ask him that he said truck to another Dodge dealership for a wash and he really never responded back to me. He did that I could bring the truck back to the dealership they could wash it, and put the license plates on in about 45 min. to an hour. Like I said before many times I do not want Don Davis touching my vehicle ever again. This will be the last vehicle I will purchase from Don Davis. After I left the dealership are called Eddie back to chew him out even more about this particular situation. He told me I should be this upset over this particular situation. Also he told me that Don Davis Dodge was the number one rated on customer service. At this point Eddie really didn't want to please this particular customer I guess he is wrong. More

Purchase of 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited My experienced started with an internet search (cars.com). Don Davis was one of the local dealers I chose to provide a quote. Don Davis was the first to respond and we set up an appointment. I had already researched the vehicle I wanted and had driven several vehicles in the previous weeks. I also knew the options and price I was willing to pay for the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealer I was promptly met and connected with my sales contact (Randall Mims & Abraham Escareno). After a brief discussion and quick test drive we worked out the first offer. This offer was close to my target but a bit higher. I discussed what I was looking to do and without hestitation my offer was met. Financing and paperwork was quickly completed with (Mike Nienhaus) and arrangements were made to receive the vehicle. Due to the options necessary it took a few days to aquire the vehicle and in the meantime I was given a new Jeep closely matching my purchased vehicle to drive. When the day came to pick up my vehicle, everything was ready to go. My entire experience working with the folks at Don Davis was great. I appreciated the no nonsense approach as well as the sincere respect for my time. I will definitely recommend others to consider Don Davis for their future purchases. More

Don Davis is the third Dodge/Jeep dealership that I have had experience with regarding either sale of a new car or with the service department. I actually brought my Dodge Durango in for service and was impressed with the service department. I entered the sales floor and was impressed with all of the sale personnel. This dealership has been recommended by two of my friends and since I was disappointed with the two previous dealerships that I had dealings with which provided a very disappointed customer service that I would never return to those dealerships again. I appreciate that Josh Stewart and all the other personnel went above and beyond to make me feel that I was a valued customer. Don Davis will have all my business in the future and will recommend the dealership to all my friends and anyone who inquires where I purchased my car. Thanks for a wonderful experience. More
