One thing that sticks out in my mind is that unlike many other dealerships I had been to in the last month, the salesperson at Don Davis, David Lopez, actually demonstrated the vehicle to me before the test drive, which is a huge customer service plus. Teki contacted me back immediately and within a week, my husband and I were on our way to Arlington to test drive and make the purchase. Teki made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable (which can be difficult to do when you are making a big purchase). Never once did we feel like we were being pressured into anything. Nicole in the finances department was also wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgable on the warranties and services they had to offer. She had us laughing and smmiling the entire time, and like I said before, made it an enjoyable experience. We have had our Jeep for 2 months now, and absolutely love it. I must also mention, Teki was quick to deliver our license plates and registration as well. I can't say enough about this dealership and the service Teki and Nicole provided. And once he was off to work I had no car to drive back to the dealership to finish the deal (hence the need for 2 cars). Syed Jilaney drove to my house in Kennedale later in the afternoon, picked me up and took me to the dealership to finish the deal. I was extremely impressed with this.
