As I read a couple of reviews I could have just copied them verbatim. It took some time to complete the process, as it always does, but I didn’t feel any pressure. And I was ready to buy a vehicle that day after all of the online researching I had already done. Charlie was going to make sure he did everything he could to find a vehicle for me. We looked at a vehicle at this location but it wasn’t right for me. Then we drove to another Don Davis location just minutes away to find something I liked, which was ultimately the vehicle I purchased. The finance department worked hard to find the right deal for me as well. Although there was negotiation to be done, this just didn’t feel like any of my past experiences. Go see Charlie and Ceasar and get the vehicle and deal you want! More

No pressure My fiancée and me had been looking for a new car and were interested in the Jeep Patriot. We spent a Saturday going to different dealerships and like My fiancée and me had been looking for a new car and were interested in the Jeep Patriot. We spent a Saturday going to different dealerships and like everyone else dreaded dealing with the salesmen. Some of the other dealerships we stopped by we would tell them what we wanted and we had already looked at what they had in stock. They would tell us to wait while they took a look "in the back." They would then drive up a vehicle we had already viewed and tried to sell it and that we needed to buy this particular one. So on our last stop home we went by Don Davis and when we pulled up Charles came out to greet us. As always we just asked for where the direction of the Patriots were and we headed that way. We explained to Charles what we were looking for and he said he could show us what they had and if we needed to we could order it to our specifications. I appreciate the fact that he educated us on the vehicle and the features we wanted be did NOT try and sell us something we didn't want. Out of all the times I have bought a car this was by far the best experience I have had. Charles has great customer service and the process was as fast as buying a car can be and was incredibly smooth. If you are in the market I would highly suggest going to Don Davis and talking with Charles Owen. More
