Our shopping and purchasing experience was nothing short of stellar with Don Davis Dodge. This was without question the most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. Our salesman Josh Stewart was everything you would cautiously hope for in a car salesman... friendly, knowledgeable, honest and excellent at communicating on all levels, both in person and over the phone. He always returned our calls in a very prompt time frame while always being able to provide information about any subject or question we had. This was the first time in over 20 years of buying vehicles that we weren't made to feel like a face attached to a phone number. Instead, this gentleman truly showed a genuine interest in making sure that we found the car we wanted with exactly the features we were looking for at the price point we were expecting. He also did an exceptional job on following up on our process of having an added feature (remote start) ordered and added to the vehicle. I can also say the everyone at this dealership displayed the same integrity and customer service level regarding every step of the process. From Nicole in finance, to the parts manager and the service manager...all of these people were incredibly helpful, friendly and extremely efficient at their jobs. Even the other sales people in the showroom were friendly and personable; always asking if they could get you a bottle of water or if they could page anyone for you. This kind of service is almost nonexistent in this country today. Due to all of these factors and all of these exceptional individuals, I can say that they have earned the opportunity to win our business on any future automotive purchases that we will make before anyone else. We will always shop at this dealership before any other dealership in the area. I'm also certain that if they continue to conduct business in this manner that we will purchase more cars and trucks form them in the years to come. If this is their every day standard, then I see no reason to do business with any other dealership. Thank you for showing us that somewhere in this country real customer service still exists. Quality Salespeople Still Exist After writing a horrible review about the Service Manager at the "Service" Department for the same dealership, it would normally be challenging to swi After writing a horrible review about the Service Manager at the "Service" Department for the same dealership, it would normally be challenging to switch gears. However, I am so happy with my salesperson "Joanna Daugherty", supporting sales "Ty", sales manager "Abraham Escareno?", parts manager "Tim Pullen", and finance officer "Nicole Vanderwoude", that I can make the switch. After wasting 3 hours in service for a simple oil change (see other review), I was definitely not in the best of moods. Coupled with having just paid off my 2013 Challenger the previous month, I really didn't need another car... so basically put, I was a tough sell!! The fact this team of friendly professionals managed to make me happy and facilitate another $60,000 yesterday (all things considered) it a tribute to their skills and abilities. Granted, I will be using another source for future oil changes, but in the future should I ever need parts, Tim Pullen is the guy, and Joanna/Abraham will definitely be my first pick. I am sure the fact I've given the dealership close to $90,000 in the last 18 months probably also fostered their eagerness to assist me, but semi-joking aside, I could tell their professionalism was genuine. In fact, Abraham was the sales manager in FEB 2013 when I purchased my first Challenger there. Got an amazing deal that time as well. I'm all about being a loyal customer and supporting quality businesses. Many businesses seem to fail to understand that the experience, knowledge, and friendliness of their people "IS" the face of their business. Having good products or prices is only a small part of the equation. Some people simply want fast & cheap, but many that are willing to pay for quality expect at least decent customer support. Granted, I wasn't buying a Mercedes, but for $90,000 on two cars I do expect to at least be treated in a friendly way. I am strongly recommending to avoid the Service Manager if possible at the Service Center, but the aforementioned people are definitely worth seeing. They'll treat you right and get you a great deal.
