Wonderful experience! Buying a used car is known to be stressful, as we can mostly all agree. I’m always hesitant (with good reason) to buy a used car and have an extensive mental checklist I like to go through. The checklist completed itself with ease- my whole experience was absolutely wonderful! Matthew Rodriquez matched my exuberant energy, which I value! He answered every one of my questions with patience and a detailed answer (I ask a LOT of questions.) I had a mechanic friend of mine come inspect the used vehicle (which if a dealership doesn’t let you do this, LEAVE!) and took it for a another test drive. Man, this engine was so CLEAN. The only thing I wasn’t happy with while inspecting it was a few very minor cosmetic details, which were promptly fixed and detailed! I am in awe at how smoothly and quickly everything was handled and how my requests were met without hesitation or an excuse as to why they couldn’t. Thank you, Matthew! You will be recommended every time and as often as I can! I feel secure in my purchase and I so happy with my used Honda Fit! On the financial side of things, Damien was awesome too. Also answered all my questions in detail and could even joke around with me really well. The only thing that I noticed other dealerships oftentimes do, that wasn’t done here, is the little “monthly pricing grid” as I call it. It tells you your estimated monthly payments at 48 months, 52 months, 60 months, etc. and then at different levels of down payments in addition to that. I always like seeing the breakdown and different options I have so I feel like I’m in control of my monthly payment. But despite that not being the case, it was still a painless experience! Damien definitely does a great job! More

Lil Wayne might actually like the opera and not rap instead I had just driven from one dodge dealership when I arrived. I was told that they weren't going to add my diangnostic to the repair. Then I was told I would be charged half because he talked the mechanic down. Then I wasnt charged at all for it. I thought that was all strange since I had just come from another dodge dealership and received the exact opposite informagion.I was also referenced to a rapper lil Wayne but did not find it funny by any means. I'm sure he was trying to relate but he did not. He would have done better if he asked if I liked the opera, big difference.I was called instead of the guy coming to get me when my car was ready as he knew I was there. It took me a while to get to him. I called back twice and left a message right after. I actually went walking around to find him. Other then that it was a pretty decent. I would let him know not to say that someone that looks like me looks like lil wayne again as its offensive and annoying. More
