Needed a headlight replaced & I’m happy I chose Don Davis! I called Don Davis because I needed a headlight changed out. They fit me in for an appointment that day not even an hour after I called. Drove right up, was greeted with a smile & Cesar helped me right away. I was only there until 4:11pm & he got me outta there even before he promised me. My family and I buy vehicles frequently, and this was by far the best experience we have ever experienced. All negotiating was agreed upon online including sale price and trade in value. Damian Haye greeted us with honking the horn on my new (already washed and ready to go) Jeep and open arms right as we pulled up. He was amazing to work with and made our visit at the dealership quick and painless. Our finance guy, Damien Washington, deserves equally high accolades for his prompt service, clear explanations, my Jeep pens 😁, and not pressuring me into any extras I didn’t want. We were literally in and out of the whole process in 2 hours! If you’re in the market for a new dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep- this is your dealership and these are your guys!!! More
