Unbelievable experience! I walked into the dealership this morning for maintenance on my current vehicle.. Little did I know what was in store for me! After meeting with the great service staff here at Don davis, I went to the waiting room. This is when I met Damian Haye. It seemed like I was on a game show, he asked who wanted a new car and I raised my hand and then that's when my whole day changed. This man single handedly changed my whole view of the car buying experience. Damian went above and beyond and then some, working his skills to the fullest and this man made it where I was able to pull off in a brand new truck! Great service experience My truck navigation started acting up so I dropped in late one evening & Audrey Wilson set up my appointment for 7:00 am the next morning. After arriv My truck navigation started acting up so I dropped in late one evening & Audrey Wilson set up my appointment for 7:00 am the next morning. After arriving the next morning he already had me in the system & the dealer shuttle got me to work very quickly. Later in the day Audrey called & left a message my vehicle was ready. When I got off work & got to the dealer Audrey explained the vehicle was ready & there was no cost to fix it. I had the battery replaced just prior to the navigation acting up & there were some low voltage codes & after clearing the codes & fixed the issue. Great job. More
