They were good to deal with. Used cars can be a mixed bag when trying to buy, especially from a dealer, so I write this review with that in mind. The car I was looking at was a BMW M Roadster that was 19 years old, fairly clean but it had a couple of small issues. I had done my research (mostly) and knew of certain things to look out for with this car. The first gentleman I emailed, Jesse, was kind enough to pull the tools and carpet out of the trunk and snap a picture. When I got there my new sales guy Mathew, even put it on a lift for me in the maintenance bay. I don't remember the alignment guy, but I like a good, straight forward no BS guy. Reminded me of the Sphinx from Gone in 60. Oh, and there was a guy from BMW that I was introduced to. He was nice, and correct, that was factory seam sealer or something in the trunk. Still no clue if the factory worked on this one but it for sure has not been cut into and modified. The finance guy was cool, and trying to learn about cars which is a plus. That sure shows commitment to his profession.We went back and forth several days over things and Mathew took my ribbing well. There was a little delay after I dropped my app until we sealed the deal, but I am not sure they thought I was serious at this point. Overall it was a great experience. More
They fixed it but I had a problem with my engine...which I think they sold me a dud because this isn’t the first time I’ve had to bring it in but that’s another story. They fixed it...it was SUPER expensive...but when I picked it up they had emptied my glove box onto my passenger seat and left it there. They didn’t bother to wash my car or vacuum it, or even just put what they took out back where they found it. The service guy was nice enough but for such an expensive service they COULD have at least done something to show great customer service. More

Car inspection and routine maintenance. Service manager Terry Collins is (unfortunately was)the most honest individual I have met in the industry. Mr. Joe Johnson, his replacement, inspires confidence but I don't really know him yet. Mark Drexell who handles my needs was referred by Mr. Collins and I have complete faith in his honesty and in his recommendations. I purchased 3 jeeps from Don Davis but when Mr. Collins wasn't there or Peggy ?, I purchased the current one from Grapevine Jeep. I will purchase the next one from Don Davis if the service department continues to feel competent and trustworthy. More
