The first salesman failed to even do anything the second contact i was told the manager was going to be involved but never heard anything from that. the third call finally got something moving, i got an email stating the floor mats were in but upon showing up at the dealership to get them I have to wait 45 mins to be told they cant find them, them another 15 min to finally get a set. the jeep was also dirty and not detailed properly upon purchase, leave residue from prior riders in the vehicle. the inside fender well was torn.
